How to: Assign a task to an individual in Schedule+.
Solution:
Click the 'Contacts' tab, right-click on the contact name and select 'Assign Task...' from the Shortcut menu.
To assign a task to an individual:
1) Click 'Contacts' tab.
NOTE: If the Contacts tab is not available, select 'Tab Gallery...' from the 'View' menu and select 'Contacts' from the 'Available' list box.
2) Right-click on the desired name in the 'Contacts' list. (A Shortcut menu appears.)
3) Select 'Task from Contact...' from the Shortcut menu.

4) Type a description of the task.
5) Select the desired properties for the task:
a) Type an ending date in the 'Ends' box.
b) Type the number of days prior to the end date when the task is to begin.
c) Select the 'Mark as done after end date' check box.
d) (Optional) If the task is to be accomplished numerous times:
1] Click 'Make Recurring...'.
2] Type the information for a recurring task as required.
e) (Optional) Click the 'Notes' tab and type the notations.
f) Click 'OK'.
